Each item is pre-packaged prior to lyophilization and after completion is sealed within Arctic Blast's specialized packaging to ensure freshness and quality. Product descriptions provided with our items are sourced directly from the manufacturer to ensure accuracy.

At Arctic Blast Treats, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. To support this, we accept returns for nearly any reason within 7 days of delivery. To make a return, simply access the self-return function available in your profile on our website.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Additionally, to cover the costs associated with restocking, a fee of 30% of the purchase price will be deducted from any refunds on returned orders.
In the event that your product is damaged during shipping, we ask that you send us pictures of both the box and the damaged products. Upon reviewing the damage, we may provide compensation through a gift card, which you can use for any future purchases in our online store.
If, for any reason, your shipment is sent back to us and you wish to have it re-delivered, you will be required to pay the full cost of shipping and a reshipment fee.
